Organizational Culture
Every organization has a company culture. Even very small and very new organizations. Most people refer to what is happening inside an organization and how stuff is being done as being the company’s “values“.
As I stated in a previous article about “Why Company Culture Matters“, I disagree with calling them “values“. I much prefer to call them “behaviors”, or “the way we do things here“.
In the end, it’s not really important how you call it, it’s just important to realize that every organization has a certain way of doing business.
