His tips to become more culturally sensitive towards China’s culture are:
- The best way to develop cross-cultural skills is by working and living overseas
- When and if you travel, do so with purpose; Seek out new things, discover, and learn.
- Read up on the place where you will be going; sources can be books but also the internet (YouTube, Wikipedia, etc).
