She is an expert on virtual working.

She has traveled the globe working with clients and now works with them virtually.

Her work includes leadership development programs, team coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements.

Most recently she has added “author” to her titles as she has written the book Virtual Teams Across Cultures: Create Successful Teams Around the World.

1. Within the team: focus on the cultural diversity
2. Between locations: focus on cultural stereotypes
3. Outside the team: each person is in a different location, which in turn influences the team as well
